Eduardo B. Aguilar is a licensed Attorney-At-Law and Notary Public admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Belize. He is the founding attorney of Eduardo B. Aguilar & Associates, a full-service law firm based in San Pedro Town, Ambergris Caye, Belize.

Mr. Aguilar earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom (2011), followed by the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) at the University of Law, U.K. He was Called to the Degree of an Utter Barrister by The Honourable Society of Gray's Inn on 27th July 2017, and was subsequently Admitted to the Bar of Belize in July 2018. He was commissioned as a Notary Public in November 2022.

As a Registered Agent with the Belize Companies & Corporate Affairs Registry, Mr. Aguilar assists local and international clients with company formation, annual compliance, and all aspects of corporate law in Belize. His deep understanding of the Belizean legal system and his relationships with government agencies allow him to efficiently navigate complex legal matters on behalf of his clients.
